It is the gound floor of our home with its own decking off the lounge and bedrooms which leads out onto the garden. We promate this as selfcatering with a B&B option on request .The Waipu River is tidal, safe swimming at high tide, shellfish gathering and bird life at low tide and excellent for kayaking .  The village is 3 km to the west, Waipu Cove, Langes Beaches are 4-6km to the east. Waipu Golf course 10km norht and Mangawhai course 22km east
